/v1/accounting/deals/{id}/defaultMark a ledger deal defaulted
Records that the merchant defaulted and the clawback it raises, which reduces what every participant on the deal may draw. Body: defaultedOn (required, YYYY-MM-DD), defaultAmountMinor, clawbackAmountMinor. Whether the default falls inside the deal's clawback window is the database's answer from clawbackWindowDays, not a flag on the request. Money recovered against an open clawback arrives later as an allocation of type clawback_recovery (post_accounting_allocations).
