PATCH/v1/accounting/deal-splits/{id}

Change accounting deal-splits id

Corrects a stake's terms. Body, all optional: basis, sharePpm, flatAmountMinor, notes. Who the stake is FOR cannot be patched — that makes it a different stake, so retire this one with post_accounting_deal-splits_id_deactivate and add its successor. Hold is its own pair of verbs so that the reason is required and the timestamps are checked in pairs.
