Rename or reconfigure a board column

Any subset of one board column's label, its starred flag (whether the New record dialog asks for it up front rather than folding it under Advanced) and its per-kind config — a currency's code, a number's format, a rating's max. A column's KIND cannot be changed. Manage on the board.
