/v1/boards/{id}/importsRecord a board import run
Record an import somebody ELSE performed row by row, so it lands in the board's history and can be rolled back. POST /v1/boards/import records its own run and is what to reach for to actually import — use this only when the rows have already been written and you are reporting {fileName, total, imported, failed, results}. The row ids in results are stamped as this batch's, which is what makes the undo exact.
