POST/v1/workflows/reviews/{id}/decide

Answer a workflow review

Answers a review step that a run is waiting on, which RESUMES the run — whatever the workflow does after the review then happens. Body: decision and an optional note. Any seat may decide, but only the person or role the review was addressed to: the store refuses a decision from anybody else. What is waiting is listed by get_workflows_reviews.
