Adds choices to a select column's vocabulary — a whole list in ONE call as options: [{label, value?, tone?}], or one as label, an optional snake_case value (derived from the label when absent) and a tone (secondary, brandLight, brand, warning, success, destructive, or a lowercase hex colour). Send the list, never one call per choice. A board or column being CREATED takes its choices in config.options instead. This is a custom board's vocabulary; a pack page's is its statuses, post_definitions_key_statuses. Manage on the board.
