GET/v1/workflows/{id}/versions

Every publish of one workflow

Every version one workflow has published, newest first: what each publish froze, when, and which version a rollback republished. A version is immutable and a run points at one, so this is the history that reads FORWARDS — a rollback publishes an old version's words as a new version rather than restoring it. The draft being edited is in get_workflows_id.
