/v1/blastsCompose a blast to many people
Composes a blast: ONE set of words aimed at many people, the same thing said to everyone on a list — this is the route for "email this whole list the same thing" or "text all of these people". Body: kind ("sms" or "email"), name (required, one per kind), body (the words), subject (email only, and required there), templateId, audienceFilter (the rule that chose the list, kept for the reader and never re-run) and retargetOfBlastId. It starts as a draft with NO audience and no time: add the people with post_blasts_id_audience, name the moment with post_blasts_id_schedule, and post_blasts_id_dispatch is the verb that actually sends it. For one message to one person, post_comms_send.
