The underwriting memos written on deals — the write-up that recommends a decision, with the approval trail on it. Each carries its type (initial, renewal, modification, exception), title, status (draft, in_review, approved, rejected, expired), the amount requested and the amount recommended, the recommended rate, term, product and decision (none, approved, declined, counter_offer) with its conditions, and who reviewed or signed it off. Filters: ?facilityId=, ?status= (?status=in_review is the sign-off queue), ?limit=.
