List document templates

Every version of the paper this workspace may ISSUE — fee agreements and financing disclosures — in resolution order: the workspace's own newest first, then the system default every workspace can fall back on. ?kind= narrows to one (fee_agreement, financing_disclosure). Read it to know which version a rendered document would be made from; post_document-templates publishes the next one, and a published version's words never change.
