Read push public-key

The VAPID public key this service signs browser pushes with — what a browser must subscribe against. Answers 503 naming APP_VAPID_PUBLIC_KEY and APP_VAPID_PRIVATE_KEY when the deployment holds no keypair, which is the honest answer to 'can this workspace get browser notifications'.
