Who is owed a share of a funded deal, and how much: per stake, the party and its kind, the basis and the share, what they are entitled to, how much of it has actually been paid in, what they have drawn, what is pending, their share of any open clawback, whether they are held, and what is available to draw right now. Filters: ?dealId=, ?accountId=, ?crmUserId=, ?partyKind=, ?status=, ?limit=. This is the whole book, so it is how to answer "what is this rep owed" (?crmUserId=) and "who are the syndicators on this deal" (?partyKind=syndicator) — there is no separate syndications route. For the CALLER's own drawable balance, get_accounting_me_availability.
