What the CALLER may draw right now, deal by deal: each of their own stakes with the deal's reference, the party kind and basis, entitled, drawn and available, whether it is held, and the total available across all of them. "What am I owed", in other words. It takes no subject on purpose — what one person is owed is not a question another member gets to ask, and an operator wanting the whole book asks get_accounting_deal-splits. A draw is against ONE stake, so the splitId here is what post_accounting_payouts needs.
