The standing rules this workspace has armed — each one "whenever this happens to a record of this kind, write from this template" — with the trigger event, the record kind it watches, the template it names, whether what it produces needs approving, which field carries the address, and whether it is switched on. ?channel=email|sms. A rule is a standing instruction, never a message: nothing here says what was sent (get_comms_texts) or what is waiting to be approved (get_message-drafts).
