/v1/blasts/{id}/audienceAdd people to a blast's audience
Appends the addresses a draft blast will reach: recipients as [{address, displayName, sourceRowId}], at most 500 a call. Answers 200 with a result per address — ok and changed for each, and a sentence for any one refused — never a 4xx because a single address was wrong. An address whose shape does not fit the blast's kind (an email in a text blast) is refused there and then instead of failing quietly at send time. Append-only: nobody can be taken out, and nothing can be added once post_blasts_id_schedule has frozen the audience, so a mis-built list is fixed by cancelling the draft and building another.
