Read workspace preferences

The workspace's SHARED defaults — what an admin published for everyone, under namespaced keys like 'table:leads' or 'setting:theme'. prefix narrows by the start of the key. Any seat reads it, because a default nobody may read cannot be applied. A member's own overrides are /v1/preferences.
