Read the message templates

The shelf of reusable message bodies this workspace keeps, email and text in one list: name, category, the four parts (subject, greeting, body, closing) with their {{placeholders}} still in them, which one is the default for its category, and whether it is still offered in the picker. ?channel=email|sms, ?category=, ?activeOnly=true, ?limit=. A template is words with holes in them, nothing that has gone anywhere — post_message-templates_id_preview fills one in against a record to show what it would say, post_message-drafts queues a real letter for somebody to approve, and post_blasts aims the same words at a whole list of people.
