POST/v1/notification-types/{key}/raise

Raise a notification

Sends one of the workspace's OWN notification types to the recipients named, with a title and a body. Specter's own types are refused: those mean something the service vouches for, and a hand-raised one would make the feed unciteable. Admin only.

Access class: workspace:admin.
