List the lenders linked to a Specter workspace

Which entries on our Lenders board are linked to a Specter workspace — the lenders a deal can be submitted to IN-NETWORK rather than as e-mailed paper. Only the linked ones, which is the small half of the list; get_lender-directory answers every lender on the board with how a submission would reach it. put_lender-workspaces_rowId makes or corrects a link.
