Board and page keys may make 120 requests a minute per key. Over it, the answer is 429 with a Retry-After header in seconds:

Wait that long, then retry. Loading many records? Send batches of up to 500 rows — one request each — instead of a request per row.

Reading a large board? Page through it with limit up to 1000.
