Every published form has its own page:

The slug is on the form in Specter — Forms → the form → Copy link. Link to it, text it, or open it from a button on your site:

The page handles everything a person needs: required questions, file uploads, Save and continue later, a signature when the form ends in one, and what happens after submit — a thank-you message or a redirect to your own page, set in the form's settings.

Sent from a record

A form can also be sent from a record in Specter — prefilled with what the record already holds. The person corrects or completes it, and their answers go back onto that same record instead of making a new one. Those links are minted in the app, one per record.

Unpublishing

Unpublishing a form closes its page; the link answers "not found" from then on. Answers already collected stay.
