# Read the SLA dashboard tile

Every live record under a policy, counted on track, at risk and breached, with the same three numbers per stage. Nothing is cached: the dwell is read from the record's own timeline and the state computed on the way out. This is also the ONLY place the breach sweep runs, so reading it records any newly crossed breach and rings its bell exactly once, and the number shown cannot disagree with the bell sent. A summary measuring 0 records is a workspace with no policies, not a quiet one.

Access class: `workspace`.
