# Remove table-preferences tableKey

Drops the CALLER's own saved layout for one grid — `tableKey` namespaced like `table:deals:overview` — so that grid falls back to the workspace default. Deleting what was never saved is still a no-content: the caller asked for a state and that state now holds. Written by the grid's own Reset; `get_table-preferences_tableKey` reads the layout back.

Access class: `workspace`.
