# Remove storage-accounts id

Detaches one of the workspace's connected file stores by its id, so new documents stop landing there. Answers `removed` and a teardown `note` — the shape disconnecting a mailbox answers, kept alike so the app reads one; a file store is polled, so there is no subscription to tear down and the note is empty. Files already stored are not touched. A workspace admin's.

Access class: `workspace`.
