# Read the workspace's SLA policies

The promises this desk makes: per pack page and per stage, how long a record may sit before it is at risk and before it has breached, and the calendar the clock runs on (business hours, time zone, working days). Any seat may read them. Targets are in MINUTES, so a four-hour promise is expressible; a stage with no policy has no promise, and its records answer state "none" rather than "on track".
