# The instalments that are late

The instalments past their due date and still unsettled — scheduled, pending or processing — soonest due first: what is owed, on which schedule, how much was expected and what is outstanding. `?limit=` caps the page (100 by default, 500 max). Reach for it to answer who is late and what is in arrears; `get_payments_upcoming` is the same queue looking forward, `get_servicing_delinquencies` is the collections CASE opened against a deal that is behind, and `get_portfolio_health` totals the arrears into aging bands instead of listing them.
