# Generate a submission's financing disclosure

Renders the state-mandated commercial financing disclosure for one submission record from an offer's figures and files it. Name the merchant's two-letter state and the offer row, plus any term no offer cell holds — prepayment terms above all. A live disclosure already on the submission is voided and replaced. 422 names any figure the paper must state and could not fill; 400 when the state is not one this workspace discloses in.

Access class: `def:read`.
