# Read a deal's underwriting result

One deal's underwriting record with the current version of its scorecard answers. A deal nobody has started underwriting for is a 404, NOT an empty record — the tab's 'not started' state carries a button that WRITES, so a failed read and an unstarted deal must not render the same. Start one with the POST on this same path. Deals page only.

Access class: `def:read`.
