# Read a submission's financing disclosure

The live state-mandated commercial financing disclosure on one submission record, with the rendered words and how far along it is (generated, out for signature, signed). 404 means there is none, which is the ordinary state of a submission whose merchant is not in a state with a disclosure law.

Access class: `def:read`.
