# What is owed on the deals

The things somebody still has to do or hand over on a deal — a repayment, a document to submit, a stipulation, reporting, a covenant check, insurance, a licence renewal, a review — soonest due first, each with who is responsible, who it is assigned to, its priority, its amount and its SLA clock. Narrow with `?facilityId=`, `?dealRowId=` (a deal record on our own board), `?assignedToUserId=`, `?status=` (pending, due, completed, overdue, waived, cancelled), `?priority=` (low, medium, high, critical) and `?limit=` (100 by default, 500 max). For the rows as a PAGE — the whole Obligations board with its columns, saved views and facet filters, or one deal's rows through `?dealRowId=` — read `get_definitions_key_rows` with key `obligations`; this route is the servicing operation itself.
