# Read workspace heartbeat actions

Read due, pending follow-up drafts awaiting a person from live runs across the workspace, restricted to conversations visible to the caller. Use for the Notifications decision inbox. Pages newest first using before and limit (1–100); next_before is zero at the end. can_decide identifies whether this seat may use the existing admin decision routes. Dry runs, settled actions and future deferrals are excluded.

Access class: `workspace`.
