# List credit memos

The underwriting memos written on deals — the write-up that recommends a decision, with the approval trail on it. Each carries its type (`initial`, `renewal`, `modification`, `exception`), title, status (`draft`, `in_review`, `approved`, `rejected`, `expired`), the amount requested and the amount recommended, the recommended rate, term, product and decision (`none`, `approved`, `declined`, `counter_offer`) with its conditions, and who reviewed or signed it off. Filters: `?facilityId=`, `?status=` (`?status=in_review` is the sign-off queue), `?limit=`.

Access class: `workspace`.
