# Log a call that already happened

Records a call on a thread: direction, who, when it started, how long it ran, the result, and a recording URL, transcript or summary if there is one. Nothing is dialled — a call is RECORDED here. To place one, use POST /v1/comms/calls/dial.

Access class: `workspace`.
