# Read the addresses the desktop rail may upload

The addresses this caller's Mac is allowed to send inbound texts for, so a personal conversation on the same machine never leaves it. The desktop rail's own read; POST /v1/comms/inbound refuses an untracked address regardless, so a stale list is safe.

Access class: `workspace`.
