# Make a board

Creates a custom board — a table somebody makes for themselves, as opposed to a pack page like leads or deals — in ONE call, choices included. Body: `name`, an optional `purpose`, and `columns` as {label, kind, config}, kind being one of text, number, date, select, checkbox, url, email, phone, person, tags, currency, percent, rating, relation, datetime, long_text, address, file, formula, lookup. A select column takes its choices HERE: `config.options` as [{label, value?, tone?}] (tone: secondary, brandLight, brand, warning, success, destructive) — never one options call per choice afterwards. To make a board FROM data instead, reach for `post_boards_import` and omit its boardId.

Access class: `workspace`.
