# Add a row to a board

Puts new rows on a custom board: ONE as `cells` keyed by column id, or SEVERAL in one call as `rows: [{cells}, ...]` (up to 200, all or nothing, answered as `{rows}` in the order sent) — seeding sample data or adding a handful of records is one call, never one per row. Every value is sent as text; an address cell takes the whole address as one string. For a spreadsheet keyed by column LABEL reach for `post_boards_import`; for a pack page (leads, deals, contacts) the twin is `post_definitions_key_rows`. Write access on the board.

Access class: `board:write`.
