# Mark a deal cost paid

Marks a cost paid and stamps the moment. No body. Every `net`-basis stake on that deal moves with it, because a cost reduces net revenue and the availability view reads costs live. To take a cost out of the books instead of settling it, `post_accounting_deal-costs_id_void`.

Access class: `workspace`.
