# Read a bank transaction

One imported bank line — source, posted date, amount, account name and last four, description and memo — with how much of it is allocated, how much is unallocated and whether it is fully allocated. A cost, an allocation and an exception have no by-id read of their own — those are read through their lists.

Access class: `workspace`.
